Welcome to A. L. L. Logistics and Transportation, LLC (A.L.L.), a leading force in the trucking industry, driven by a rich history deeply rooted in family heritage. Our journey into the world of trucking began when our founder, Leo Alexander, was born into a family where trucking ran in the blood. His father, a dedicated trucker, instilled the values of hard work and perseverance from an early age.

Growing up, Leo spent countless Saturdays accompanying his father to work and developed a profound admiration for the industry. However, his father’s vision for him was different. He wanted Leo to focus on higher education, believing that trucking was a job with limited opportunities and earnings.

Undeterred by his father’s reservations, Leo enrolled in truck driving school to gain formal training in the profession he already knew so well. At the time, despite his innate skill, he faced the common challenge of not having enough experience to secure a job. Nevertheless, his determination drove him to persevere and he was able to secure work with several small companies to accumulate the necessary experience.

It was during this journey that Leo encountered a man who would play a pivotal role in his life, Philip Clark. Philip was a respected and seasoned truck driver. They met while Leo was hauling dump trucks, and Philip introduced him to the world of car hauling. This encounter marked a turning point as it led Leo to apply for a car hauling job at Gulf State Toyota in 1998.

Despite being only 26 years old and with a family to support, Leo was determined to make the most of this opportunity. He joined Gulf State Toyota Transport System (GSTTS) and quickly made an impression with his dedication and commitment. Leo’s journey at GSTTS was marked by consistent hard work and continuous growth, earning him the respect of his peers.

Over time, Leo transitioned through various roles and companies, gaining invaluable experience and learning the ropes of the trucking industry. His dedication, coupled with a commitment to excellence, led to a successful career, and in 2016, he took a significant step by founding A.L.L.

Today, A.L.L. stands as a testament to Leo’s unwavering passion for trucking and his determination to excel in the industry. With a fleet of top-notch vehicles, a skilled team of drivers, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service, we are proud to be a trusted name in the world of trucking.
